How We Came to Create HealthGigJobs
Created, managed, and owned by healthcare professionals, HealthGigJobs understands the complexities of working both as a small to midsize employer and independent contractor in the healthcare gig economy.
Rick Yarosh, President and co-Founder, brings over 20 years of healthcare clinical, start-up and business development experience, including being the founder of PA Surgical, Inc. and Extenders Group, Inc. – a multi-specialty group network of nonphysical providers focused on gig jobs demand in Florida.
Rick envisioned a gig-marketplace platform where users become members, and members become a community that can communicate, share and engage in mutually beneficial activities.
That vision brought to life is HealthGigJobs.
What is HealthGigJobs?
HealthGigJobs is defining the Healthcare Gig marketplace, ensuring that on-demand work is done to the satisfaction of both small to midsize healthcare employers and independent contractors.
Our community-based format and innovative technology platform enables the direct matching of verified businesses with vetted independent contractors for on-demand specific engagements (“gigs”). This allows our community to bypass traditional approaches.
Our proprietary dynamic bidding process enables employers to post the dollar amount they are willing to pay for a specific gig or leave it open for contractors to bid on. Contractors may enter the dollar amount they are willing to complete the matched gig for, make a counter-bid offer or simply accept the payment term amount proposed by the employer.
Community members come together and negotiate the best compensation for a gig…ensuring the right gig at the right price.
Employers reduce the pain of having to do more with less plus improve their bottom lines.
Contractors are paid what they’re worth and have a better work/life balance… letting our community members sleep better at night
